Description

Mobilization of the progenitor P{EPgy2}Pol32^EY15283 insertion, resulting in deletion of nt15255461 to nt15256304 with an additional 162bp of filler sequences from the P element. Since only part of the Pol32 coding region is removed, along with the entire annotated 3'UTR, there is still a possibility that a truncated Pol32 protein with 205 residues is produced, though this is undetectable by Western Blot analyses.
