The P{UAS-Dam-Tbp} construct is used in the "Targeted DamID" ("TaDa") technique. UASt sequences drive expression of two open reading frames separated by stop codons (ORF1 is simply present to reduce translation of the Tag:Dam-containing ORF2, see FBrf0222171). In P{UAS-Dam-Tbp}, ORF2 consists of the Tbp coding region (derived from the LD44083 cDNA clone) tagged with Tag:Dam and Tag:MYC.
