Description
Sequence encoding GFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (nls), a single loxP site and a T2A sequence has been inserted into the endogenous Wnt6 locus, at the N-terminal end of the open reading frame. The presence of the T2A sequence allows separate translation of the nls-GFP and Wnt6 proteins, under the control of endogenous regulatory sequences.
