The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}Pur-αMI02955 insertion has been replaced with a 'Double Header' (DH) trapping cassette (contains two independent trapping modules oriented in opposite directions). The insertion is in a coding intron of Pur-α (in the protein-trap orientation relative to the gene) and is predicted to trap the gene with a EGFP-FlAsH-StrepII-TEV-3xFlag multi-tag cassette.
