Description
The RMCE cassette in TI{TI}Ubxex1.RMCE has been replaced with sequence that includes Ubx exon 1, reconstituting a wild-type Ubx locus that contains GFP followed by a T2A peptide at the N-terminal end. The presence of the T2A sequence allows separate translation of the GFP and Ubx proteins, under the control of endogenous regulatory sequences.
