Description

This allele is a derivative of the t⁶ haplotype, missing the proximal end but retaining the distal end including the recessive lethal factor of t⁶ and is linked to the Chr 17 breakpoint in the reciprocal translocation T(1;17)190Ca. The breakpoint is within a crossover-suppression region therefore t^h17 can not be separated from the translocation.
