Description

All of exon 2 and part of exon 3, encoding residues critical for cyclin and DNA binding, was replaced with a neomycin cassette in antisense orientation. Immunoprecipitation and Western blot analysis demonstrated that no protein was made in fibroblasts isolated from E12.5 homozygous embryos.
