Description
A neomycin resistance cassette was inserted into an EcoRV site of an exon that encodes a region encompassing Gly 246-Arg 291 of the putative amino terminal extracellular domain of the protein. Immunoblots of cerebella from homozygous mutant mice showed no detectable protein.
