Description

A neomycin resistance cassette replaced exons 2-5, which encode the translation start site and the PH domain. Western blot analyses of brain and male reproductive tissues did not detect protein in homozygous mutant mice. Immunohistochemical studies using a polyclonal antibody did not detect protein in testes of 10 week old homozygous mutant male mice.
