Description

This allele is a derivative of Mbtps1^tm1Jdh. Mice carrying the Mbtps1^tm1Jdh allele were mated to mice carrying a transgene expressing Cre recombinase in the male germline. Progeny of this cross were screened for deletion of exon 2, the neomycin selection cassette and flanking intronic sequences in all tissues.
