Description
This transgene expresses Cre recombinase under the control of the mouse calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (Camk2a) promoter. Expression of Cre recombinase from this transgene was detected in high levels in the forebrain, moderate levels in the cerebellum and is active by E18.5 in the embryonic cortex.
