Description

6 kb of this gene encoding amino acids 229-313 were replaced with a PGK-puro cassette via homologous recombination resulting in a frameshift after residue 313 and deleting 69% of the protein product. Northern blot analysis and RT-PCR of embryonic fibroblasts from homozygous mutants did not detect gene transcript.
