Description

A neomycin cassette replaced the region encoding a portion of the tyrosine kinase-binding and RING finger domains, corresponding to amino acids 300 through 340 of the encoded protein. Western blot analysis showed an absence of protein expression in lymph nodes and splenocytes from homozygous mice.
