Description
Multiple copies of a transgenic construct containing the sequence of human PDE5A inserted in tandem at the Theg locus, deleting approximately 20 kb of the genomic locus. Northern blot analysis of testis mRNA showed homozygous transgenic animals lacked transcripts of the Theg gene.
