Description

The majority of the coding region including the ETS domain was replaced by a neomycin selection cassette inserted by homologous recombination. RT-PCR analysis of bone marrow cells isolated from homozygous mutant (female) mice showed a lack of transcript. The absence of protein was demonstrated by Western blot analysis of thymic lysates.
