Description
The full length rat hepatocyte growth factor (Hgf) cDNA was tagged with the KT3 epitope,followed by a polyadenylation signal, and inserted downstream of the neuron specific Eno2 promoter. RNAse protection showed expression of the Hgf transgene in the brain and spinal cord.
