Description

A neomycin resistance cassette replaced 5.0 kb of sequence encoding a part of the amino terminus, all of the POU-specific domain, and a large part of the POU homeodomain. RNase protection assay did not detect transcript in either adult or neonatal skin from homozygous mutant animals.
