Description
A neomycin resistance cassette replaced two exons that encode the protein kinase domain. This region corresponds to nucleotides 6267-6467 of the cDNA. Western blot analysis using antibodies against a carboxy-terminal peptide did not detect protein in epididymal extracts from homozygous mutant mice.
