Description
A PGK-neomycin resistance cassette containing EGFP cDNA and lox sites flanking the PGK-neo sequence replaced the coding region. Confocal images detected EGFP expression in the glandular stomach of P3 heterozygous mutant mice, and not in the squamous epithelium of the forestomach.
