Description

This allele was derived from Hcn4^tm1Jsr by breeding chimerics for that allele to Cre deleter mice expressing Cre in the gametes. This results in excision of exon 4 which encodes the pore region and transmembrane segment S6. Absence of protein product was demonstrated immunologically.
