Description
Three copies of the 32 bp RARE found upstream of RARB were inserted 5' to a DNA fragment composed of a fragment of the Hspa1b gene containing 610 bp upstream of the transcription start site as well as 225 bp of sequence containing the translational start site. This was fused in frame to a lacZ gene. Expression for this transgene line was identical to that found in lines 63 and 65.
