Description

Exons 2 and 3 were replaced by an EGFP with a floxed pgk neo. A stop codon was created in exon 4 by the deletion, resulting in the prevention of a transcript through alternative splicing. Mutants expressed EGFP as a fusion protein with the N-terminal part of exon 2.
