Description
This transgene expresses the cDNA of the human isoform of protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTPN1) from the mouse muscle creatine kinase promoter. Transgenic mice overexpress this construct 1.8 fold in skeletal muscle. No overexpression was detected in heart.
