Description

A construct containing an enhanced green florescent protein cDNA fused to the murine Cd4 promoter and enhancer was injected into NOD/ShiLt fertilized embryos. T-cells glow green. 80% of T-cells show GFP expression by FACS while B-cells and macrophages do not express the transgene.
