Description
A transgene was constructed in which the Igh promoter and enhancers were used to drive expression of the Meis1 cDNA (transcript a). Sequencing of line 2770 revealed the integration site to be located within Lactb replacing a 21.3 kb segment containing exons 5 through 7.
