Description

The mouse Pdgfb promoter was used to drive inducible expression of an improved cre gene fused to ERT2 and followed by an IRES-EGFP then an frt-flanked chloramphenicol resistance gene in vascular endothelium. The PAC used (RP21-629-J8) contains the entire Pdgfb gene with the cre cassette inserted immediately following the start methionine codon. No line information was given.
