Description

Exon 1 through 2 was replaced with a lacZ gene and floxed neo cassette. The neo cassette was removed by germ line, cre-mediated recombination. The absence of protein product was confirmed by western blot analysis on testis extracts. This is a null allele and a reporter allele.
