Description
The 5.6 kb of the rat 5' regulatory element and 668bp of the inverted second intron was used to drive inducible neural expression of cre. Four lines where created with lines 8 and 73 exhibiting inducible expression. Line 8 expression is leaky whereas line 73 expression is not.
