Description

The gene trap inserted into intron 4. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression in heart homogenates from 16 week old homozygous mutant mice. Expression was also undetectable by immunoblotting in lysates of liver, skeletal muscle, adipose tissue, and tails.
