Description
Using ET recombination, the coding sequence of iCre, followed by the bovine growth hormone polyadenylation signal, was introduced in-frame with the ATG of the Dbh gene in a PAC. The 150 kb transgenic construct was injected into he male pronuclei of fertilized C57BL/6 oocytes.
