Description
A floxed neo and triple polyadenylation sequence cassette precedes the 164 isoform of Vegfa followed by an IRES sequence and EGFP gene. Cre mediated removal of the neo and triple polyadenylation sequence cassette is required to achieve expression of Vegfa164 and EGFP.
