The tetracycline-responsive element and minimal CMV promoter drives expression of the FLAG-tagged LYLQ isoform of the human cDNA preceded by a genomic fragment containing the untranslated exons 2 and 3 with intron 2 of Myh6 and followed by a bovine hormone polyadenylation site and 3' flanking genomic sequence. Three lines were created (including lines 3413 and 3481). Line 3413 exhibit a 4- to 8-fold induction of exogenous protein expression.
