Description

cDNA encoding the C-terminal portion of the gene with A661C and N663C mutations, as well as a polyA-neo cassette, was inserted into exon 20. The mutant protein was constitutively active and expressed at physiologic levels in mammary gland, liver and heart in both the homozygous and heterozygous mutant mice.
