Description

This ENU-induced mutation was isolated in a screen at the University of Pittsburgh. The molecular lesion is a T to C substitution at coding nucleotide 10048 in exon 59 of the cDNA (c.10048T>C, NM_133365). This changes the serine residue to proline at position 3350 of the expressed protein (p.S3350P).
