Description
The human Emu enhancer with the Igh promoter drives late pro-B cell-specific expression of the mouse pre-microRNA inserted into the rabbit beta-globin gene. Two lines were generated (5 and 116). Line 116 contains more copies of the transgene compared with line 5.
