Description

The RPCI24-6817 bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) was modified by targeting the enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) fusion protein gene in frame into exon 5 of the activation-induced cytidine deaminase (Aicda) locus. The 190 kb BAC transgene contains the modified AID-GFP gene, as well as Dpp3, Gdf3, Apobec1, and Mfap5 genes. Line 1 was generated.
