Description

Exon 1 was replaced with one in which nucleotide substitutions resulted in the amino acid substitution of alanine for threonine at position 14 (T14A) and phenylalanine for tyrosine at position 15 (Y15F). Cre-mediated recombination removed a floxed neo cassette inserted downstream of the modified exon 1.
