Description
The tetracycline response element (TRE or tetO) was used to drive inducible expression of the full-length human IGF1R. In double transgenic mice also expressing the tetracycline transactivating or reverse transactivating element (tTA or rtTA), expression of IGF1R can be regulated by doxycycline administration or removal. Four lines were created.
