Description
The mouse promoter drives cardiac-specific expression of a tamoxifen-inducible humanized cre (icre) fused to an estrogen receptor mutant (ERT2) followed by a bovine growth hormone polyadenylation sequence. Flp-mediated recombination removed an FRT-flanked Lactb gene. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled.
