Description
Mice carrying a conditional Trp53 allele with a nonsense mutation in exon 10 were crossed to Tg(Pgk1-cre)1Lni mice to excise the floxed stop cassette. The resultant allele produces a Trp53 mRNA encoding a protein lacking the last 31 amino acids (the C terminal domain; CTD).
