Description

A genomic fragment including all of exon 7 was replaced with a neo cassette via homologous recombination. Northern and western blot analysis confirmed the absence of mRNA and protein expression in homozygous mice. Expression of F13b was reduced to less than 20% of wild-type in homozygous mice.
