Description

The murine Kras containing the G12D mutation is under the control of the tet-operator with a lox-stop-lox cassette inserted between the promoter and the start codon of the Kras open reading frame. Expression of the mutant Kras is dependent on Cre-mediated deletion of the stop cassette. The pound symbol (#) is used when line is not specified and/or lines are pooled.
