Description
The targeting construct introduced upstream of the start codon a cre recombinase gene fused with EGFP (cre/EGFP), a myc tag, nuclear localization signal at the N-terminus and polyadenulation sequence. Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette introduced downstream of the fusion gene.
