Description
A transgenic construct containing YFP under the control of the 1.6Kb of the porcine SRY promoter was co-injected with a tyrosinase minigene at equimolar ratios into FVB/N embryos. Mapping indicates that the TashT line contains transgenes inserted within a 3.3 Mb gene dessert containing highly conserved elements on chromosome 10 at bands B2-B3, between Hace1 and Grik2.
