Description
A floxed STOP cassette and a modified human cDNA in which nucleotide substitutions resulted in the amino acid substitution of cysteine for arginine at position 521 (R521C) with a myc-tag replaced the 3' portion of exon 2. Cre-mediated recombination is required to remove the stop cassette and allow for expression of the human sequence.
