Description
A loxP flanked neomycin selection cassette replaced exons 5 and 6, which encode the catalytically active site in the RING variant (RINGv) domain and the TM domain, respectively. Mice carrying tjhe targeted allele were mated to a CAG-Cre deleter mouse line to remove the neomycin cassette in the final allele.
