Description
A FLAG-epitope-tagged full-length human HDAC9 cDNA is under the control of the immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) enhancer (Emu) and the SRalpha potent promoter. Three lines (1468, 1469, and 1839) were generated. Line 1468 was entered as a representative line as this line has the highest lymphoma prevalence. The transgene is expressed in the bone marrow and spleen but not in the liver.
