Description
A mouse tyrosinase promoter drives the expression of Cre recombinase. By crossing to a reporter strain, Cre activity was detected in skin melanoblasts from E11.5 and in skin, eyes, brain and peripheral nerves. Two lines were generated with similar expression patterns. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled.
