Description

The mouse glial fibrillary acidic protein promoter drives the expression of a FLAG-tagged phosphorylation mutant cytohesin-1 with a phenylalanine substitution for tyrosine at position 382 (Y382F) with a Moloney murine leukemia virus intron. This line contains approximately 120 gene copies per genome and levels of mutant protein are higher in this line than in line 1.
