Description
The murine pre-miRNA-30c-1 is under the control of the murine alpha-myosin heavy chain promoter. Northern blot analysis shows an increase in pre- and mature miRNA-30c levels, with qPCR indicating an approximate 9-fold overexpression in left ventricular tissue. Two lines were generated, A and B. This is the higher expressing line.
